Our +600sqft Clubhouse is available for rent May through Labor Day. It offers a galley kitchen, private bathroom plus an additional +180sqft outdoor covered deck for you and your guest.

Pricing

The following fees apply (effective 2025):

• Fee for up to 25 guests: $100

• Fee for 26 to 50 guests: $200

• Fee for 51 to 100 guests: $300

• Fee for 101+ guests: $400

• Tent Rental (20’ x 40’): $100

An additional $200 charge is applied to the above pricing for Non-Members rentals.

All rentals are assumed to be a max of 4 hours.
